This is the perfect decadent dessert that is low on calories and high on protein!

  • 2 1/3 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 2 egg
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 2 tsp flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup raspberries (optional topping)
  • 1/2 cup blueberries (optional topping)


  • Preheat your oven to 390 degrees F.
  • Prep your baking dish by rubbing it with coconut oil.
  • Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
  • Add the mixture to a your oiled baking pan. Top with berries.
  • Bake for 50 mins.
  • Allow to cool and then place in your fridge for 1 hour to set.
